Brazilian & Body Waxing
-
For your safety and the best results, waxing is not recommended if you are currently using strong exfoliating medications like Retin-A or Accutane, or if you have sunburned, irritated, or broken skin in the area to be treated. Waxing should also be avoided if you’ve recently had chemical peels, laser treatments, Botox, or filler injections in the area, as well as if you have open wounds, cuts, sores, or active skin conditions such as eczema or psoriasis.
-
Hair should be at least 1/4 inch (about the length of a grain of rice) for best results. This usually means waiting 2–3 weeks after shaving.
-
Exfoliate gently 24 hours before.
Avoid sun exposure, tanning, or harsh skincare.
Don't shave for at least 2 weeks.
Make sure skin is clean and dry (no lotions or oils).
-
Yes, waxing is suitable for sensitive skin, but it requires extra care. It’s important to inform your esthetician beforehand so they can use appropriate gentle wax and sugar formulas and techniques designed to minimize irritation. Proper aftercare is also essential to soothe the skin and reduce redness. Don’t forget, you can also upgrade to a Hydrojelly mask after your wax, which helps hydrate and soothe any redness or irritation.
-
Yes, absolutely! We’re totally fine with waxing during your period — just make sure to wear a fresh tampon or DivaCup during your session. If you only use pads, no worries, but we’ll need to wait until your cycle’s over to keep things fresh, safe, and comfy for everyone.
-
Some discomfort is normal, especially for first-timers. However, the pain lessens with regular waxing, and skilled estheticians help minimize discomfort.
-
It’s not necessary. Numbing creams only work on the surface of the skin and often don’t do much to reduce the actual discomfort of waxing. In some cases, they can even interfere with how well the wax adheres. Your esthetician is trained to work quickly and efficiently to minimize discomfort — and trust us, it’s over before you know it!
-
Nope! Waxing doesn’t care if you’re curvy, slim, tall, short, muscular, squishy, or somewhere gloriously in between — hair grows on all bodies, and all bodies deserve smooth skin if that’s what you want!
-
You’re not alone — it’s super common to feel a little nervous or self-conscious, especially the first time. But here’s the thing: your waxing professional has seen it all — every body, every shape, every stretch mark, scar, or curve. Their job is to make you feel comfortable, not judged.
Think of it like this: to your esthetician, it’s just skin and hair — no big deal! You're there to feel good and take care of you, and that’s something to be proud of. So take a deep breath, be kind to yourself, and remember — confidence isn’t about perfection, it’s about showing up anyway.
-
Yes, you can! If having a friend or your partner with you makes you feel more relaxed, they’re welcome to join. Just make sure they’re okay with the setting and respectful during the service. We love a supportive hype squad — as long as there’s room to wax and room to cheer you on!
-
Your esthetician will guide you through all the post-wax care you need! She’ll recommend products to help prevent ingrown hairs and keep your skin smooth and hydrated. To protect your skin, try to avoid harsh scrubs and heavily fragranced lotions on the area that was waxed. It’s also best to skip intense exercise or sexual activity for at least 24 hours to minimize irritation and keep you feeling your best.
-
Typically, 3 to 6 weeks, depending on your hair growth cycle. With regular waxing, hair will grow back finer and sparser which results in a longer cycle between waxes. Staying consistent and not shaving in between appointments is extremely important in order for you to achieve best results and stay smoother for a longer period of time.
-
Everyone’s hair growth is unique, so there’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Hair growth cycles, thickness, and patterns vary from person to person — that’s why it’s our job as professionals to evaluate your individual needs. Based on that, we’ll help you figure out the perfect timing for your next appointment to keep you smooth and comfortable.
Men
-
All of them! Our estheticians are highly trained and experienced in full-body waxing for men—from head to toe.
Whether it’s chest, back, arms, legs, or more intimate areas, we’re here to help you feel confident and comfortable. No need to be shy—men love waxing too, and we’re happy to wax whatever areas you’d like.
Just let us know what you need, and we’ll take care of the rest with professionalism and care.
-
Yes, we do! All of our estheticians are fully trained and certified to perform male Brazilian services.
We understand this service can feel a bit intimidating, but rest assured—our team upholds the highest level of professionalism to ensure you feel comfortable, respected, and well cared for throughout your visit. We kindly ask that clients maintain that same level of professionalism in return.
Please note: If at any point during your appointment an esthetician feels uncomfortable due to inappropriate behavior or unprofessional conduct, we reserve the right to end the service immediately. In such cases, you will be asked to pay for the service—whether completed or not—and leave the premises.
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for both our clients and staff.
-
Absolutely. More men are choosing Brazilian waxing for hygiene, confidence, and long-lasting smoothness. It’s a routine service for many of our male clients.
-
No need! It’s best to leave the hair as is. If a little trimming is needed, your esthetician will take care of it — it’s part of the service! We actually prefer to do it ourselves because trimming too short is a common mistake, and we need the hair to be at least 1/4 inch long to properly grip and remove it from the root. Leaving the hair untrimmed ensures the best (and smoothest) results.
-
It’s a natural body response and can sometimes happen, especially with intimate waxing. However, we expect all clients to maintain professional behavior. Any inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the service.
-
No, unfortunately we don’t offer full beard waxing. Beard hair is extremely thick and coarse, with deep roots, making waxing very painful and likely to cause significant irritation or long-term skin issues. However, we do offer waxing for areas like the eyebrows, nose, upper cheeks, and forehead. These services can help clean up and define your look without compromising skin health.
Eyebrow Enhancements
-
We specialize in brow enhancement services tailored to bring out your natural beauty. Our offerings include eyebrow shaping, waxing, tweezing, tinting, and lamination. Each of our skilled estheticians is trained in precise brow mapping and shaping techniques to ensure your brows are perfectly suited to your unique face shape.
-
Yes, we can! Whether your brows were over-tweezed, unevenly shaped, or just not what you expected, our estheticians are here to help. We’ll assess your current brow shape and create a customized plan to restore and enhance them — whether that means reshaping, tinting, or helping you grow them back in the right places. Don’t worry, your brow comeback starts here!
-
Brow tinting typically lasts 3 to 4 weeks, depending on your skin type, skincare routine, and how often you cleanse the area. The tint will gradually fade over time, so for best results, avoid exfoliating or using oil-based products around your brows. Regular touch-ups will keep them looking fresh and defined!
-
Brow lamination typically lasts 4 to 6 weeks, depending on your hair growth cycle and how well you care for your brows afterward. To maintain results longer, avoid excessive moisture, oil-based products, and harsh rubbing in the brow area. With proper aftercare, you’ll enjoy fuller, fluffier brows for weeks!
-
Sometimes, right after tinting, your brows may appear darker than you expected for the first day or two. If you have a special event, we recommend getting your tint done 2–3 days beforehand. This initial darkness happens because we want the color to last longer, and over those few days, the tint naturally fades to the perfect, soft shade. Any staining on the skin might also make them look darker at first, but don’t worry—it will fade away.
-
A regular brow tint colors just the eyebrow hairs to enhance their natural shade. Hybrid tinting, on the other hand, is a mix between regular tint and henna. It not only dyes the hairs but also stains the skin underneath to fill in sparse areas of your brows. If you’re after a fuller, more defined look, hybrid tinting is a great choice. Plus, because it stains the skin as well and it tends to last a little longer than a standard tint.
-
No worries at all! Our expert estheticians will carefully map your brows and take a meticulous approach to ensure we don’t overdo anything. We always start with a full consultation so we can understand exactly what you want and guarantee your brow shape suits you perfectly. You’re in great hands!
-
When done by trained professionals using quality products, brow tinting and lamination are generally safe and shouldn’t damage your brow hairs. Tinting gently colors the hairs, while lamination helps smooth and set them in place. To keep your brows healthy, it’s important to follow aftercare instructions and avoid overdoing treatments too frequently. With proper care, your brows will stay strong, shiny, and beautiful!
-
For thinning or sparse brows, we recommend a brow lamination combined with hybrid tinting to create the appearance of fuller, more defined brows. You can also opt for hybrid tinting alone if you prefer a subtler enhancement. To support natural growth, we offer effective brow serums in-store that help stimulate regrowth and bring your brows back to a thicker, fuller state over time.
-
For most people, we recommend scheduling eyebrow waxing every 2 to 3 weeks to keep your brows looking clean and well-shaped. This timing helps manage new hair growth while maintaining the perfect shape. Of course, everyone’s hair grows at a different pace, so your esthetician can help tailor the schedule to what works best for you!
Eyelashes
-
A lash lift enhances your natural lashes by lifting and curling them from the root, giving you a bright, wide-eyed look with zero maintenance. Lash extensions, on the other hand, involve applying individual synthetic lashes to your natural ones for added length and volume — but they require regular fills, more upkeep, and careful aftercare.
If you're looking for a low-maintenance option that still delivers beautiful results, a lash lift is the way to go! Plus, no worrying about shedding or avoiding oil-based products — just your own lashes, but better.
-
Yes, it will! Even short and straight lashes can benefit from a lash lift — they'll look more lifted and defined. However, the results might not be as dramatic as they are on longer lashes. For that extra wow-factor, we always recommend stopping by to grab a lash growth serum. With a little love (and some serum magic), your lashes can grow longer and stronger, making your next lift even more fabulous!
-
It’s best to arrive at your lash lift appointment with clean, makeup-free eyes. While we’ll always do our best to remove any makeup for you, it’s ideal to come makeup-free to avoid excessive rubbing around the eye area, which can lead to irritation during the lash lifting process. Clean lashes help ensure the best results and a more comfortable experience!
-
Absolutely! To enhance your results, consider adding a lash tint — it darkens your lashes, making them look fuller and more defined. Using a lash growth serum regularly can also help your natural lashes grow longer and thicker over time, which makes future lifts even more dramatic. Avoid waterproof mascara, as it can dry out your lashes, and be sure to follow all aftercare instructions, especially avoiding water and oil-based products around the eyes for the first 24–48 hours. A little extra care goes a long way!
-
Yes, you can — but with a little caution. Lash lifts are generally considered safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding, but due to hormonal changes, your lashes may react differently, and results might not last as long or lift as dramatically. If you’re pregnant, we also recommend doing a patch test 24–48 hours before your appointment, just to be extra safe. As always, consult with your doctor if you have any concerns — your comfort and safety come first!
-
Yes, a lash lift and tint can be safe for sensitive eyes — but it’s important to let your esthetician know about any sensitivities ahead of time. We use specially formulated products designed to be gentle, but everyone’s skin and eyes are different.
-
Yes, you definitely can! Wearing contacts or glasses won’t prevent you from getting a lash lift and tint. The treatment is done on your lashes and doesn’t interfere with your lenses or frames. Just sit back, relax, and get ready to enjoy beautifully lifted and tinted lashes!
-
Not at all — when done properly by a trained professional, a lash lift is completely safe for your natural lashes! We use high-quality, gentle solutions specifically formulated for the delicate eye area. As long as you follow proper aftercare and avoid over-processing with treatments too close together, your lashes will stay healthy, strong, and beautifully lifted.
-
Yes! In addition to classic black, we also offer a dark brown tint — perfect if you’re looking for a more natural, subtle enhancement. It’s a great option for lighter hair tones or anyone who wants definition without the boldness of black.
-
You can get a lash lift and tint every 6 to 8 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle. It’s important to let your lashes fully grow out and recover between treatments to keep them healthy and strong. Overdoing it too soon can lead to dryness or damage, so patience is key for those long-lasting, gorgeous results!
GENERAL FAQS
-
We understand that life happens! However, all cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be subject to a $25 same-day cancellation fee.
As a courtesy, we send appointment reminders to help you keep track. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the spot to other clients on our waitlist.
-
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without calling or notifying us in advance ("no-call, no-show") will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
We understand this may feel like a significant fee, but every appointment time is valuable. A missed appointment without notice not only impacts our estheticians but also prevents other clients from booking that time.
-
For all new clients, a credit card is required to be placed on file at the time of booking. This helps us ensure your commitment to the appointment and allows us to enforce our cancellation and no-show policies fairly.
Please note, you are not required to use this card at checkout—we gladly accept all major credit cards and cash. Your card information is securely stored through our encrypted system to guarantee your privacy and protection.
-
Please note that any appointment changes made the same day—including rescheduling to a later time—will be subject to a $25 fee.
We understand that unexpected things come up, but adjusting appointments last minute makes it difficult to accommodate other clients and impacts our estheticians' schedules.
If you need to make a change, we kindly ask that you call us as soon as possible so we can best assist you. Your consideration helps us continue providing the best service to everyone.
-
We allow a 10-minute grace period for most appointments. If you’re running behind, our front desk will give you a courtesy call about 5 minutes after your scheduled time. After the 10-minute mark, we may no longer be able to provide the high-quality service you deserve, and you’ll be asked to reschedule.
We understand that life happens — if you know you’re going to be late, a quick call ahead is always helpful and appreciated!
-
If you've had multiple no-call/no-show appointments or frequently reschedule at the last minute, we may require prepayment for future bookings. This policy helps ensure commitment to your scheduled time and protects the time and efforts of both our estheticians and other clients.
Prepaying secures your spot, but please note — if you cancel late or don’t show up, that payment will be forfeited. We understand life happens, but this policy helps us maintain fairness and respect for everyone’s time.
-
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, unopened and unused products may be returned within 5 days of purchase for a 100% refund.
No need to worry about holding onto your receipt—we keep a record of every purchase on file, including receipts, to make the return process as smooth as possible.
Please note that returns will not be accepted after the 5-day window.
-
We totally understand that parents sometimes need to bring their little ones along, and we’re happy to welcome them in our common area while you receive your service. We just ask that children remain respectful and occupied — feel free to bring a book or tablet to help keep them entertained.
Please note that our front desk staff is not responsible for supervising children, and it's at your discretion to leave them unattended. If a child becomes disruptive to other clients, we may kindly ask that you make alternate arrangements for future appointments.
-
Yes, you can — but we do require a guardian consent form to be filled out and signed by both you and your parent or legal guardian. This helps protect both you and the salon. We’re happy to wax any area with proper consent, so as long as that form is completed, you’re good to go!
-

Parking can be a bit challenging due to our busy, prime location and limited spots.
You’re welcome to park in any of the front spots, along the side of the building, or behind it. Please note that if you park behind or on the side, you’ll need to walk around to the front entrance.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you soon!

While it’s rare, there may be times when your esthetician needs to call out, especially due to illness. We always prioritize the health and safety of our clients and staff, so if someone isn't feeling well, it’s important they don’t risk spreading germs by performing services.
In these cases, we’ll do our best to accommodate you by offering an appointment with one of our other highly skilled master estheticians to keep your schedule on track. However, if you’d prefer to wait for your regular provider, we’re more than happy to reschedule your appointment for a later date that works for you.
